Does AddressWizard.co Notify The Post Office Too?

Sadly, no! We are not able to offer this service at this time. We are only able to notify companies and personal contacts. You can file your official Change Of Address form with the Post Office at https://moversguide.usps.com/mgo/?referral=MG82. This service costs $1.05. You can optionally increase the duration of your change of address service for an additional fee of $19.95

No. We are in no way affiliated with the United States Post Office.

How Does the AddressWizard.co Moving Announcements Service work?

Just go through the user interface. You’ll be prompted to login to your Gmail® and Outlook accounts where you can select any or all contacts you want to notify. We have integrated directly with each of these services via encrypted, SSL webservices.

  • In each case, you will be prompted to login to your accounts and select the contacts you wish to notify. We NEVER store your login credentials. We do not even host the login pop up. These are hosted by Google® and Microsoft® respectively.
  • You can add whole folders of contacts like families, friends, etc, and you can remove any contacts you don’t wish to notify. Finally,
  • You can compose your moving announcement. You can even add a picture of your new home to your moving announcement.
  • Once you complete and pay for your order, your moving announcement gets sent to all of your selected contacts and includes your new address details! That’s it! Poof. You’re Done!

Can I get refund if I do not want your service or like your service?

Of course! Your AddressWizard.co order is fully and unconditionally guaranteed for a period of 30 days after you place your order. Your refund right is also supported by our rock solid "No Questions Asked" policy. If you want a refund, you can:

  1. Email support@AddressWizard.co. Please include the words "Refund Request" in your email. You must also include your phone number, and the first and last name of the person who is moving and subscribing to the Service. This may or may not be the same name of the cardholder used to pay for the service, or
  2. Call (720) 279-8028. Leave a voicemail in accordance with instructions therein. You MUST spell out the first name and last name of the person who moved and for whom you wish a refund. This may or may not be the same name of the cardholder used to pay for the service. Please also spell out your email address where we can email the refund details.

We typically process all refund requests within 24 hours after receipt. Refund requests received within 24 hours of placing your order are usually voided so that your charge will never be debited from your account. over the weekend will not be processed until the next business day. If you leave an email with your request, we will send email confirmation of all your refund details. Please note that your refund can take up to 3 to 5 business days after we process your request, for the funds to be credited to your account.


How Do I cancel the service?

You can cancel any or all of your services at any time by unsubscribing from any email offer and/or replying "Stop" to any text message offer. Unsubscribing from an email offer will automatically remove you from receiving further email offers but will not unsubscribe you from text message offers. Replying "Stop" to any text message offer will automatically terminate the receipt of any future text message orders but will not unsubscribe you from email offers. To terminate location based offers and push notifications, you must adjust the appropriate notification settings from within the ByBuy app in accordance with that apps instructions.

What does AddressWizard do with my customer information?

We use your information to provide our address changing services. We may use your email address to send periodic and hopefully contextually relevant offers and tips. We may use your mobile number to send timely, contextually relevant offers and tips via text message. If you download the ByBuy app and grant the location service, we will use the app to send you offers triggered by your location or by your position along your moving journey! All AddressWizard.co customers get a free lifetime account. We know that many customers don’t have the time to notify all their companies and contacts during one visit. With an account, you can login anytime and add more companies to your company notification list and/or add more personal contacts too! You can also review previous order details and review your notification history. As an example, if you signed up to notify a company, and then have a conflict with that company over a missed payment, you can confirm that you notified that company about your address change via your AddressWizard account!

Finally, all AddressWizard.co customers save 50% on every move ever after. Just login to your account and click the “Ive Moved Again” link. That’s it. You’re Done!
